Refund policy

At Sheesha Pakistan, we aim to ensure every customer receives the correct, original products in excellent condition. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we follow strict return and exchange rules.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. If your order qualifies under our exchange rules below, we will offer an exchange/replacement (subject to verification).
2. Exchange Eligibility
An exchange/replacement is only available if you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect product
3. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To qualify for an exchange/replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. The video must:
- Start with the sealed package (before opening)
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Show the product(s) and the issue (damage/incorrect item)
You must report the issue and send the video on the same day you receive the package. Claims submitted later may not be accepted.

Sheesha Pakistan reserves the right to approve or reject exchange claims after reviewing the evidence.
5. Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
- Exchange requests must be made on the delivery day with valid proof.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
6. Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Claims without a valid unboxing video
- Late claims after the delivery day
