1. How can I place an order?
Browse products on sheesha.pk, select your desired item, choose the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payments via debit/credit cards.
3. How long does delivery take?
Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days.
International Orders: 7–14 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
4. Can I return a product?
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
You must provide a clear unboxing video and report the issue on the same day of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Claims without proper proof or submitted late may not be accepted.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery progress.
